MOTEL’S POLICIES:
1) Check – in time : 2 p.m. or late arrival is OK
2) Check-Out time: 11 a.m.
3) Mode of Payment: Credit cards,Travelers checks or United States Currency ($)
4) Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time
5) Policy: No pets allowed
6) Check-In Policy: Must be at least 18 years old with valid state issued ID in order to check-in.
7) Deposit Policy: A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room.
8) Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours by 2 pm pacific standard time before arrival to avoid a one night no show charge plus tax.
9) Estimated Taxes & Fees: A city occupancy tax of 14% (percent) will be added to the cost of your room + $2.50 city fee per night.
10) No Smoking Policy& Fees: Rest Haven Motel is 100% non-smoking establishment. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to your account if smoking takes place in your room.
11) Luggage Storage: Luggage storage is available through the Front Desk free of charge.
12) Prepaid bookings will require an authorization from a credit card and a form will have to be completed and emailed or faxed to the motel. *All request, including room type, are non-guaranteed and shall be honored depending on availability at check-in.*
